Find parties or events and talk, people that have some in common with you or are currently doing something in common
The easiest way is to question people about something low level, and show interest in their knowledge
Like asking for help
For example, some random guy approached us at on the night asking where he could find a club he wasn't from here and he seemed friendly, he kept talking, and he stayed with us for the night. The point here is that he talked a lot, otherwise he would get excluded and alone like a creep
The problem isn't where but how, thousands of people everywhere
If you are a complete autist prompt the conversations to be quick, like asking for directions or help and do it over and over, you will eventually get to hold conversations for long
