All that crying but zero explanations of why he actually took that approach, these surgeons don't necessarily do what's overall best for you but what's more convenient for them, they are getting paid either way, you really shouldn't give anyone complete freedom to rearrange your face as they see fit, it's YOUR face after all, and you definitely seem to be aware the result is hardly an improvement from an aesthetic standpoint, every case has technical barriers I'm not buying that, it just seems like you are trying to cope with the result.

Also I would say at least a handful of users here are actually knowledgeable about jaw surgery, but regardless of that it doesn't take much to put pics side by side and look at cervicomental angle, submental length, mandibular/chin projection, etc...

I do agree that people here are extremely out of pocket tho, I'd be fuming too if I saw a bunch of subhuman incels making fun of my results (independently of whether they are right or not).
