It's almost impossible to keep balding on high dose dutasteride+ oral minoxidil. If you are still balding on dutasteride, go check your dht levels. It might be possible that dutasteride cannot target your 5ar. Otherwise, it is almost impossible. The cure doesn't exist in the sense that there is no single pill or a vaccine etc. which would make the repetitive and long-term treatment absolute. Also it doesn't exist in the sense that you cannot turn a nw7-6 guy into nw1. You can maintain your hair with the right regimen as long as you stick to it.
