I am not sure, I don’t think it’s Xanax. He was reluctant to give me a prescription but my case was severe enough that he didn’t even want to debate it. I have to pick up my medication later today. Hopefully. I’ll keep you guys updated.

Thank you, my friend. I don’t plan on taking pills everyday. Just one every once in a while if I’m really in need of it, you know? I told the doctor the same thing. They were reluctant but didn’t protest when I asked for medication. They were reluctant because they said they’re addictive and people become very dependent on them. Dutch doctors are quite well-known for rarely writing out prescriptions because they don’t want to get people hooked on pills. Which makes sense.

i still have a fear of darkness and can get panic attacks during night because of that said childhood.

Yes, but I don’t have it right now. I have to pick it up later. He was reluctant but didn’t protest when I asked for medication (he asked me what I wanted from him). I believe if you’re American or whatever then it’s much easier to get a prescription but here in The Netherlands doctors don’t really like to give prescriptions for pills like these. Someone already warned me beforehand and said I should exaggerate so they will have no choice but to give them to me, but as I said, I didn’t even need to exaggerate one bit.

ive never had MAJOR suicidal thoughts but my parents had to barricade my windows incase i tried to jump out during sleepwalking or an episode

but im too much of a pussy to kill myself, so id never do it, atleast when sane.
