I’ve been riding my bike in the sun for 1 hour daily for one week now. (can’t ride today cuz it’s raining) Averaging 8.5 miles a ride

Benefits ive noticed:
Skin Glow, especially right after

Bone density, hips have become less dense and have less fat around them, face bone density is up and zygos protrude more,
now I can actually see my temples.

Subcutanous Fat - Reduced and face looks leaner

Acne- Acne has improved and acne scars are fading, skin is tanner

Muscles- They look more cut and I have more gains when lifting.

Diet- I crave more water and more meat and eggs.

Libido- Is up

Bad Effects;

Immune system down, my nose is constantly runny now and I’m getting headaches again

Anxiety- It’s up

This is an extremely water is wet thread but I hope somebody starts exercising upon seeing of this thread. Exercise and sun exposure is very important, don’t put any Jewish phytoestrogens like sunscreen, just let the melanin build up and you won’t sunburn.

Cardio has done wonders for my weightlifting recovery, energy mood and health
I have more vascularity and healthier skin

Getting lean isn't the same has having your 'bone density' increase, lol. Face bones get prominent when you do cardio because you are leaner, not because your skull grew lmao.

I live in the netherlands. I have been riding a bicycle to school and anywhere else after school my entire life. Easily averaging 20km/day. Most people do the same here

Body/style halo is the only reason I slay, my face, height are not enough on their own. Liftfraud, wear trendy clothes, tight clothes to show off body, masculine and RTT max (working on that).
