If you invest 10k in crypto and wait patiently I think it’s reasonable that you could become a millionaire in a few years, if you sell in the ups.

What do you guys think?

Sorry I made a mistake. You probably need 50-100k to become a millionaire. Crypto is likely to go 10x but not 100x

You need 10k plus a Time Machine. Golden age of crypto has long passed. I made my money with doge and jumped ship.

We will always need reliable ways to store and transfer money with low commission and few restrictions. Crypto is one of them.

Cash can burn and rot. The bank can seize your money or go bankrupt. Transfers take days.

Crypto is the way.

If Bitcoin becomes traceable somehow which won’t happen in the foreseeable future. We may see an increase in value in something like Eutherium (or however it’s spelled) but none of these shitcoins will gain traction and earn you fortunes like the likes of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin, ethereum and Monero.

(Monero is the king of anonymity and allows for more opportunity for tax evasion, it’s also very popular on the dark net. 80% of dark net users accept monero)

Monero seems to have OK potential. They estimated it was supposed to hit $350 last year. It’s only valued at $145 right now. It is showing upward growth. But I still wouldn’t put my money into any niche crypto that’s over $60. Maybe I’m a fool tho.

The quality of your life won’t drop if you invest a few bucks in crypto, but you will be part of this great technology and part of the future.

I think of it this way. Just like with smartphones, AI or electric cars. There were people who believed in the project and thanks to those who spent their money we get to see the great change today.

Brutal. I knew about ETH at $3 since some guy in bodybuilding.com made a thread about how it was going to be the next big thing after Bitcoin. I was considering buying $1000 worth at the time but then decided to save the money to spend on weed later instead.

It still haunts me thinking about how retarded I was. A bunch of miscers bought in and became richfags.

As soon as some cool EV company announces itself. I’m throwing money at it.Then get outta dodge once the cars actually start going into production and problems arise. it’s easy to make tbh.

Fucking idiot man.

But that makes two of us. I regret not buying doge earlier when it was going for a fraction of a cent. I would have been so fucking rich rn.

You also have to figure out how you’re going to avoid paying taxes. By the way do you have an idea how?

I’m not sure what country you’re in. But whatever broker or whatever you use to buy and sell will send you a 1098-INT form I believe in the mail with your earrings and loses. You only pay taxes on the gains. And you can write off the losses if you lost money. Idk what the tax rate is though. That’s how it works in the U.S.

I will tell you how I bought gems in Minecraft to avoid Minecraft taxes.

Where I live you can open a digital wallet (in Minecraft) and using a certain messenger make a deal. The person who is selling gems will receive money from the digital wallet (in Minecraft). He then sends the gems to whatever address that you gave him.

That way if anyone checks it appears that I just sent money to a friend or something (in Minecraft). No link to me or to him. No Minecraft taxes.

Mirin and High IQ, especially since you have to pay taxes on money you make from selling used stuff which is ridiculous.

retard alert

bitcoin is literally a public ledger

as for Monero, it will never be a suitable store of value because governments will ban it and heavily monitor on/off ramps

regarding OP, it depends on what tokens you invest in. your statement is about as broad as stocks will 10x or real estate will 10x, clearly the specifics are important here.
