this is what someones face looks like around 7-8% bf. literally crackhead looking unhealthy mf because the limited fat in the fat pads. you cant argue that bale is boneless when in normal range he looks like this.

if your face doesn't look good at around 12-17% bf it means one or two things. your bone structure is not good or you are old (around 30 or more) when fat pads start sagging due to decreasing collagen production.

there is literally no point in starving yourself if you expect face gaints, risking health problems for body gaints is also nonsense, because around 12% of your body still looks ripped if you have some muscles.

bad example tbh. all examples i see people make of leanmaxxing being bad is always when they have fucking hideous colouring in the lower bf% photos. yes it is true that with shit colouring leanmaxxing will make you look worse as it makes you look unhealthy but good colouring + low bf% looks WAY better. show a better example

show an example of someone with high (ish) bf vs low bf with the exact same colouring in each, pretty much every example i see has hideous colouring in the low bf photo

You need to have a good diet, good collagen and have muscle mass to actually pull it off without looking like you're Auschwitzmaxxing

if u don't look good at 10-13% then you aren't going to look any better at sub10, not to mention going that low is just asking for your eye area and fat pads to get nuked into oblivion

Sub 10% is unnatural and harmful for health.
10-15% is optimal but that depends on fat distribution.

i thini im like barrett my face is more bkoated than my bidy, im around 17% bodyfat and barret looks best at like 8
