being high energy is an incel trait. i have legit never seen an attractive person, man or woman, being high energy. its always subhumans who are like that. be low energy, idk how, do lots of weed/pot/paint, whatever suits you, just do it.

low energy is too extreme. you need to look like you are in your default state at all times, like you are perfectly content with yourself and your position in your environment.

but this is all relative, some guys can make high energy jester behavior work too. this theorizing about good/bad habits in a vacuum doesn't hold much weight.
