as an adult you need to realize that everything around you is engineered to make you depressed and suicidal.
the clearest example is j*bs. 99% of them have pointless rules that don’t help the company or the customer. if you’ve worked in customer service or anything similar you know exactly what i mean. they don’t just want your labor they wanna steal your soul. they will always try to turn you into a mindless npc but you must prevent that from happening.
another thing you should never do is watch the news. it’s never positive and it’s never balanced. they only talk about war school shootings and disasters. because it benefits the elites when the average person is miserable and depressed ppl are easier to control.
