be open when you speak with them, listen to them, regurgitate what they just said but with different words, dont talk that much and less about your personal opinions on topics like politics. your goal should be making people feel safe when they're with you, make them feel like brothers. specially with women, have a paternal treat with them, dont act with them like you're at their level. that charm is necessary to rule the social scene and be loved by everyone.
