I am getting surgeries.

It would be insane to spend that money on a car. At least with surgeries there is a chance of ascension. A nice car… well, just look at ER for the answer to what that brings you.

A house is a more tempting diversion of the money but I would then just be an incel with a house and I’d probably go back to pursuing surgery but with the additional burden of house upkeep costs.
