Sleep and diet would’ve had to been really bad to mess up your puberty. It’s mostly genetic. Puberty gave me good dimorphism and frame but ruined my colouring

Everyone says that but being obese messes up your hormonal profile. Somebody explained it once but being fat means you produce less testosterone and more estrogen, which causes growth plates to fuse earlier iirc

Or it mightve been something else that ended with the same conclusion

Anyways its more about not being obese than it is about being fit.
Also obese people can still have malnutrition, which stunts pubertal development.
