The reason people think otherwise is because of the bullshit "calorie is a calorie" myth. People eat junk like bread, pasta, rice, etc which while containing so-called calories don't really make you feel full and provide only limited energy.
I've been eating only a single meal per day for several days now, always consisting of just meat and some vegetables, things like beef, steak, etc, and maybe a single coke if I'm feeling generous, and despite it only being 1000-1500 calories per day, I still don't feel hungry or tired throughout the day, except maybe in the mid-late evenings, which is fine.
I admit I have a scrawny skeleton, but I'm also 6.2ft tall.
Just fucking lol at thinking you need 2000-2500 calories per day. This is why normies struggle losing weight. They eat shitty meals thinking it's just as good because muh calories, then they feel hungry/tired again within 2 hours, eat again to make up for it, etc and invariably stay fat.
Eating just meat doesn't even have to cost that much when it's just 1 meal per day jfl.
