yeah people say it’s peaceful to cope, and movies portray it that way to not make people freak out

but nah it’s most likely gonna be uncomfortable, at the very least it’s gonna feel like fainting (ears ringing, vision slowly closing off, breathing getting harder, and knowing something is wrong)
