The whole “I don’t suffer from male pattern baldness” is gigacope. How many 80 year old men do you see with perfect NW0 and optimal density? Close to zero. Every man with testicles producing test and DHT is experiencing follicle miniaturization to some extent. Men that hard Norwood and go fully bald are simply just more sensitive to DHT. I am not norwooding at the moment, but I am definitely experiencing some follicular miniaturization as every man is. If you value your hair and want to keep it into an old age, you need to start taking preventative measures to keep your hair even if you don’t appear to be norwooding or don’t have a family history. My routine at the moment is castor oil 3x a week, microneeding 2x a week and Ketoconazole shampoo 3x a week. Since I’ve started doing this, the amount of hair I’ve been shedding has decreased significantly. When I shower and shampoo I hardly see any hairs on my hands at all when I used to see 2-3 on my hands every time I would run my hands through my hair while shampooing. This regimen is working for now, but I will likely start taking fin or RU when I get older and start losing hair/thinning as every man does as he ages. By the time you actually notice hairloss, about 25% to 50% of the hair is gone. Prevention is the best treatment and hair should be something you value very highly. I recommend Regenepure over Nizoral as Nizoral will dry out your hair and make it look like shit. Unlike fin, keto shampoo has little to no side effects so you have literally nothing to lose and everything to gain by using it.

Nah, I just use castor oil. I know it might be cope, but it’s working really well on my brows and lashes, so it’s probably helping hair. Keto shampoo is applied to the scalp topically and does not go systemic in any way. Also, it’s over the counter so it has no documented side effects with regards to hormones. Only side effect I’ve experienced is an itchy scalp that really isn’t that bothersome

That’s what I said. Using safe, side effect free products for hair loss prevention is an easy looksmax that everyone should be doing
