I've had two treatments of Kybella/Belkyra and I've noticed such a positive impact on my jawline and cervico-submental angle I cannot believe this forum hasn't advocated it more. If I can contribute in a minor way to the general consensus on procedures people should take on the forum. I would suggest this treatment. Costs $500-600 a vial (two vials a treatment, usually) you may be up to 6 treatments but ultimately it is a financially viable form of self-improvement without the need of a large lumpsum upfront. The same with CoolSculpting. CoolSculpting is much cheaper than Kybella but it is something you can just do for self improvement purposes even outside of the chin area. It's about the minor changes you can take when you get them.

Anything to do for cheeks ? To have a more sucking cheeks looks? Not really for submental improvement i don't need that.

The general consensus on YouTube surgeons pages is that facial fat is necessary to preserve a youthful appearance. Personally I wouldn't trust the average normie injector to masterfully inject (which is ultimately unpredictable how the fat pad responds) kybella to sculpt my cheek area. It turns out that facial nerves also are affected by deoxycholic acid as the sheath of nerves are fat-based, which is what the injection dissolves. I would suggest normal fat loss dietary regimen and the injections as a last resort in those areas.

I agree and disagree but probably ideal long term. It makes an obvious difference when you suck in your cheeks from a PSL pov. Not sure from female pov - i would say rather irrelevant. And most opinions i've seen on buccal fat removal seem to be also dramatic and people being depressed to look older. Any thought on that?
And regarding coolscupting where do you apply or where should you?

Eventually, do you think making the submental area even more tight may affect the jaw angularity too positively from front or no?

Could you post 'exactly' what you mean? Do you just mean cheek fullness which results in the lack of cheek hollowing? The skin tightening affect of Kybella is not particularly supported by clinical evidence but according to some anecdotal and clinical case studies (merely) the swelling affect of the inflammatory response induces a tightening affect. This mechanism is true with CoolSculpting as well. Whereas I have opted for a ultrasound-based (not radiofrequency) skin tightening procedure on my neck.

i can pm. But basically the area where you suck in your cheeks isn't lean enough in my case. Everything else is really good. But i'm not fully lean. Still i don't think getting leaner will change that sadly.
