As you grow up you lose all chances to have a genuinely normal girl, their minds rot and become corrupted and then when you're older, you're left with these already used up women. if you dont have a girlfriend much younger than you / around same age as you (if you are young), than you're already screwed.

Ugly girlfriend method is unmatched if not slightly unethical, not all girls go on dating apps/ out to clubs, but that’s like how you’re gonna meet 90% of them. Ugly girls have at least a few pretty friends though, and besides the NT benefits of being in a relationship, the single friends will be subconsciously to overtly jealous depending on their morality, and eventually will make a move even if they would’ve never looked at you if you passed her on the street as a stranger. I could write 2 books on this phenomenon.
