I havent brushed my teeth since 2021, I eat raw garlic and spinach, I think it helps a lot that spice burning in your mouth is killing bacteria, spinach also makes my teeth smooth

hmm let me remember.
I mean I was naive back then still freshman and malleable so when I watched YouTube shorts some guy said brushing teeth is bad for u and I should jus eat apples all day. I did that but then after month I stopped eating apples and ate whatever but continued not to brush teeth
