This is a serious post. Drinking alcohol every day will not only improve your social life and decrease inhibition, but will also increase your lifespan and decrease your fat storage. The key is the amount you drink.
Alcohol has bidirectional effects that are dose dependent. At a low dose, alcohol induces fat browning (which simply is desirable), while at a higher/"normal" dose increases visceral fat storage.
At a dose range between 10-20g, alcohol increases lifespan by a significant margin, which can be studied:
These are all based on different studies. The point is that alcohol has antithetical effects at lower doses, and unlike previously thought, it is dependent on the alcohol itself rather than other constituents in alcoholic products such as wine.
