Breakfast is fine if depending on the activity youre about to do and if that specific breakfast is conducive to that activity. but besides that we only need one meal a day eating breakfast lunch and dinner is extremely retarded and is diminishing productivity in your daily life.

"but im hungry" were supposed to be hungry, when is being hungry a bad thing?? one large meal of meat with maybe some fats like kefir and small amounts of fructose like half an apple or a little honey is the best, with no snacks in between breakfast and your one meal you become extremely productive.

it unironically comes down to that, nutrition dictates energy levels, energy levels dictates output, the more you dedicate energy to creating/ working on something that has a monetary reward at the end, the more likely you are to achieve it, and it goes without saying, eating healthy is the base of being good looking.

yep, and thats only one of the benefits, there are so many benefits to eating once a day, its more conducive to how our bodies are designed to function. the only time where you should eat more than once a day is if you're an athlete, that meaning eating between workouts and stuff, but even then metabolic meal timing grants very good reward.
