Your sleep will massively determine your looks.

Get minimum 8hrs sleep a night. The pituitary gland releases human growth hormone during deep sleep which will make you taller and also it is when most muscular recovery happens.

No point in sleeping if you get shit sleep. You need your REM sleep which will make you remember stuff. But deep sleep is most important for your looks.

Track your sleep on a watch or smth and see what you can improve. You want 25-30% of your sleep to be deep id say which is on the higher end as it is crucial. ~25% should be REM.

Improve ur sleep by;

Taking magnesium glycinate it has many benefits;

Studies suggest that magnesium may help lower cortisol levels, meaning you wont be as chopped.
You'll get higher quality sleep meaning more hgh released.

Don't drink any caffeine after the morning and limit alcohol consumption.

Exercise daily so ur not fat;

Do high intensity training (e.g sprinting, weightlifting) not only will boost sleep quality but more growth hormones are spiked during this.

You can also take melatonin but check dosage and don't overuse only use it if you have trouble sleeping it can fuck up your sleep more if u take too much.
