You can get from your diet all of them except vitamin d3 which is present in very small amount in foods and of course the sun but if your anti aging yk to avoid that shit cause it breaks down collagen
Even vit k2 which is used with d3 supps u can get from eating a few eggs a day
Ik a lot of people who supplement boron to boost test but you can literally drink two cups of prune juice and get 3 mg of borone
It’s all in your food brothas.

Why though? Can you show evidence showing 600 iu a day isn’t enough

Also it doesn’t make sense, in nature there is no way white people living in cold climates got 10,000 iu of d3

30.2 pg/ml (no D3). In summary, long-term supplementation with vitamin D3 in doses ranging from 5000 to 50,000 IUs/day appears to be very beneficial .

I don’t think some of u realize how important d3 is, legit works as a hormone boost test and mood helps bone mass when your growing.

He's a fucking stupid little shit that is pointing out the obvious and expecting people to suck his dick for saying it.

Classic Gen Z trait. They want accolades for breathing in the earth's air.

can u help me with diet? I've been drinking 6 raw eggs daily and occasionally eating raw steak, and while I enjoy it, it's completely changed how my stomach handles food. Most of my diet is junk, but ever since adding raw meat and eggs, I can’t eat processed stuff without feeling bloated and awful. What are some cheap, healthy foods I can eat?

Most people won’t get all essential vitamins unless they eat a very specific highly nutritional diet. Combine this with soil depletion, which has made our fruits and vegetables far less nutrient dense then they used to be just a few generations ago. And only if somebody adheres to strictly eating nutrient dense foods then will they reach the dietary guidelines, which are basically just markers of when you have “enough” to not experience any deficiency side effects. In terms of hormone / health optimization, there have been countless examples of vitamins when being taken at above the daily requirement showing good results. Creatine is a good example of this, people get it from food, but only when taken at high isolated doses can it aid muscle building. Supplemental vitamins and minerals should not be slept on.
