it’s easy to dunk h1b-jeets but you gotta give them props for passing the test of leaving india, it’s like, those guys probably ARE above the 75 IQ threshold, congrats!

the only valid exception to this that I can think of is being too ugly to utilize what little talent you do have, but good genes come in packages, so...

Iq just means how you score on an Iq test, that’s it. There are several reasons someone does not have anything to show for it in real life, none of that makes it hypocritical to call out actually dumb/ irrational stuff.
Success correlates with, but isn’t the same as intelligence.
It’s a prerequisite, not a guarantee.
People like to place artificial value on it, and act like everyone should be driven to chase it, but that does not give it any objective significance.

What? Many of us are legitimate programmers like myself. But I will say that as someone who does program properly I dont appreciate workers being brought in in the current state. Its better than paying them in india and siphoning our money out of the country. But currently it is just another issue of finding someone to underpay to pick the cotton. It would be better if we make education actually worth something and require foreigners to pass our exams and then they have to be paid the same as a native person would except we take the maximum tax bracket until they integrate and pass our citizenship test. And this should be taken seriously. I would also restrict the purchasing of land to only citizens and establish some other privileges.

Isnt it somehow crazy how in a random discord server or a tiktok comment section. There are people who always have top percentile iq??
