TBH the idea of roids being bad in young ppl is bshit politically correct crap. Its better to use them when ur body is young and more resilient (under 30). Problem is 16 year olds do stupid things with them and also cant afford to blast and cruise so cycle then get estrogen rebound which could close their growth plates. Late teens (18 plus) and early to mid 20s is ideal for using them.

If you blast massive amounts of roids you will eventually experience some backlash later in life and it is well possible, that your body doesn’t adapt after a long spell of usage.
It just differs on an individual scale.
Everything in excess is usually bad and roids are massive in that regard.
While the mainstream obviously exaggerates some sides, it is still not wrong to mention, that roids gamble with your long term health. Especially if done without prior sufficient education.
So while you are really young, 13-18 range, there are just so many better and more sustainable ways to reach your genetic potential but these young people are just obsessed and want immediate results without putting the work or correct education in beforehand.

Diet wise during early stages of puberty you should stay away from a lot of sugar and salt consumption. This will lead to early stages of acne breakout.

Doesn't go for all people but most go through acne and you won't be able to tell if you will have it or not so best to stick to a balanced diet.

So you just wait untill your late teens and use moderate dosages. Nobodys talking about using bber doses. Then when u build a physique u maintain it on trt for the rest of your life and look better then 99 percent of 40 year olds.
