After 22 I’ve noticed everyone is starting to Norwood and develop Nasolabial folds. Start wearing sunscreen asap and take fin at the first sign of hair loss, don’t fall for the maturing hairline cope like I did, I’m stuck at Norwood 1.5 until transplant.

Don’t smoke weed or cigs, don’t abuse alcohol - eat a healthy diet and stay in shape

Especially for college/university students. If you're a student make sure you're creating time to just have fun and relax. You can get A's as long as you can manage your time:feelsmage:

Yeah but avoiding stress at this age while in college and/or job hunting is impossible. Responsibilities hit you hard
It's all about finding balance, hard, but when you get it, it's hard to lose it:feelsmage:

Thing is, balding and deep nasolabial folds are genetic and there is extremely little you can do to naturally reverse them.

Someone without balding genes (scalp follicles not sensitive to dihydrotestosterone at all) can eat unhealthy, be stressed and sleep little and have a full head of hair at 50.
Someone with balding genes and a perfectly healthy lifestyle can go totally bald at 19.

Hair grafts and plastic surgery work, but prepare to spend $10k+ for a permanent fix.

The key is not gaslighting people it's their fault they're balding, short, have ugly facial features etc. when 999 times out of 1000 the parents' genetics are to blame.

Skin responds great to healthy food though. You can influence your facial skin a lot with healthy diet.

Balding yes but genuinely 90% of people I know from high school are getting folds, myself included. Thankfully I actually know how to fix it and not cope with filler

True, but, your genetics won't save you if you're barely sleeping and don't care for your body:feelsmage:

Going very low body fat fixed 80-90% of my nasolabial folds. Doesn't work for everyone but it's worth trying.

If instead of stubborn fat pads they're just smile creases or a result of extreme weight loss, it's game over without regular fillers or a plastic surgery / fat grafts

you're likelier to have nasolabial folds if your maxilla is recessed or if you smile/laugh a lot , i used to have horrendous nasolabial folds when i was 14 but at 16 theyre completely gone

Smile lines and nasolabial folds are different, to my knowledge.

Almost everyone gets smile lines, but nasolabial folds are often caused by a recessed midface.

Do you think it is possible to grow taller using microfractures? Creating microfractures in the leg bones and thus causing bone longitudinal growth?

And do you think LSJL (Lateral Synovial Joint Loading) causes height growth ?

(Both post-puberty/growth plate closure)

Funny enough, I’ve been on this forum longer than you. This account anyway 😘

Anyway; it’s nice to know a simple question triggered you this much. Even my sisters on their period don’t act like this :(

Ad hominem. Provide a logical counterarguemnt as to why it doesn’t work.

For reference, people like @Ryan @5.5psl and even @Orc believe Wolff’s law leads to bone elongation. And they’ve been on this forum longer than you.

Ngl I’m really open minded and was willing to listen to your counter arguments. But alas, you’ve disappointed me.
