If you ever struggled with lines on your face specifically smile lines, chances are those aren’t smile lines and are a very easy softmaxx to make your skin look significantly healthier and make you look less aged.

Perioral dermatitis, also known as periorificial dermatitis, is a common type of inflammatory skin rash. Symptoms include multiple small bumps and blisters sometimes with background redness and scale, localized to the skin around the mouth and nostrils. This specific imperfection on your skin causes red “lines” specifically where you think your “smile lines” have deepened.

Causes? This specific rash on your mouth area can be caused by highly irritating skincare, dehydrated skin and poor diet might also play a role as this affects your gut. This redness can make your existing smile lines look deeper and more prominent therefore it will make a hell of a difference.

Solutions? To combat this rash/irritation there are a few methods. I for one used Aloe Vera, freshly from the plant as I was concerned about over the counter ointments with aloe vera as a secondary ingredient alongside other bullshit like alcohol that will fuck your skin up even more. Get. An. Aloe. Plant. Next up cut a piece of the plant and use the juicy nature goodness and smear it on your affected spots (smile lines) you can also use it for your entire face as it is inflammatory and just in general amazing for pimples and acne scars etc.

Nasolabial folds are caused by fat and gravity.
In what world are people thinking this is "smile lines":

Dermatitis and nasolabial folds are two completely different things. Nobody would misidentify dermatitis as nasolabial folds.

dermatitis can look different for everyone and sometimes it isnt prominent in certain lighting therefore making your already existent “smile lines” which everyone naturally has unless you’re an emotionless zombie that never smiled more apparent easily making it a confusing mistake to look for “anti aging” treatment

lowkey my forehead lines get red and looks like shit, i got aloe in my yard ill try it

Nasolabial folds are not caused by smiling as per my previous point.
If you can provide one case of such dermatitis where it appears to contribute/cause/look like “smile lines” then show it.
