it goes beyond actual build. if u want to have good appeal to women you have to have a good phenotype; this is universally true (with obvious exceptions, but everything in the world besides physics has exceptions)

with the time you spend in the gym it can be used to research surgery or earn money for it

For the natty 12% is ideal, you don't wanna get too lean because then your always hungry and you sacrifice size and you look flat. I can personally get too lean because my face gets gaunt easily and if I'm too lean I look sick.

You don't need to be shredded, just lean. Get abs, but don't over due it. There's no point. If you have veins and abs, you're good to go. No need to cut more for that super awesome vein or shred you never saw before cause there was fat covering it.
