Close your eyes at 12am
Reopen your eyes at 6am
have breakfast and then do the 3 most important/valuable/challenging tasks of the day
have lunch and then do the next 3 most important/valuable/challenging tasks of the day
have dinner and then wind down for the next day
If you have ten tasks to complete two are more valuable than the rest combined. Every single day you have a limited mental energy budget. Prioritisation and energy budgeting is the most important thing in life it sounds like common sense but most people don’t prioritise and waste their energy on things that aren’t important.
