Simply that the result will change and not in a good way. That's why not few surgeons says that a rhino is good only after 18 but i think that if you started puberty at a normal time you should be ok.

Nope my jaw isn't recessed whatsoever, but i know exactly what you mean. Imagine someone with the skin and bone structure of a white person, but the nose of a sub saharan. That's me. Wide and droopy with a big bump
