There is this tiktoker claiming that bonesmashing is possible but random rough blows are not the way to do it because osteoblasts take care of the fracture as a repair function, only remodeling the bone to return to its original, functional state. He says that weighted bonesmashing or putting weights on the desired bone, because bones are adaptive to environmental factors placed on them, that the bone literally needs to combat in order to keep thriving this plus B vitamin, test and gh stimulating acts, results can be achieved in months.
The routine he gave is :
