why the fuck would you bone smash if your brain literally cant heal from the impact to it, one you hurt a part of your brain its over those cells are done, gone for good. over time you will 100% 1000% cause cognitive decline.

you cant use the just take breaks argument because their is no healing from it, all taking breaks would do is slow down the inavetible brain damage. its like a book thats been left out in the rain, once the pages are warped no amount of drying will fix the book back to its orginal state.

you have already fucked up part of your brain from bone smashing, just dont do anymore

bone smashing is cope lol just look at vidoes of thai fighters who got there shin hit for years with sticks ,none of them have any bone protrusion despite that the shin bone is closer to skin even then zygos, and niggas really think bone smashing zygos for 1 mm of scar tissue will make them go from normie boneless to chad with prominent zygos

i dont know if its cope for long term results but my main point was it causes irrevsible damage to your brain every time you do it

bone smashing doesnt rattle your brain at all? its the same impact as you literally jumping 1 foot in the air,the hits are soo soft and you can position your head to not move at all,you obv cant get brain damage from weak hitslike this but you will get temporary swelling results but nothin long term, maybe it can actually decay the bone long term

the hits arent soft, for actual restuls from swelling you need to hit hard, which is what everyone here suggests to hit hard.

you're already braindead if you think smashing yourself in the face is a good idea.

Damn so u saying that if u get a concussion you can never heal from it?

sadly brain injuries are accumulative.

that's why boxers end up punch drunk, it never heals.

Suifuel for me. I'm still recovering from my first which happened back in June. It's the only one that I'm aware of tho

but if light things like soft taps with a hammer can cause brain damage,so can doing intesnse cardio or something like running where you are jumping full impact because that rattles your brain if not more, you dont have to get hit directly to cause brain damage bc the skull protects that, the damage comes from the rattle in your head

i mean it depends you will get better, its just those dead brain cells that were impacred during the injury wont be coming back for the most part. you will be fine but it wont return back its previous state before it. thats why most brain diseases are incurable because the brain doesnt really have the ablity to regenrate whats been lost unlike most parts of the body.

the closer to the brain the more damage, your legs are gonna be taking up most of the impact from the jumps, but yeah of course the harder you jump the higher chance of it effecting your brain.

I like the way you explain this

even just standing upright and shaking your head will hurt it,but any running/heavy lifting probs causes brain damage bc the impact is soo high

if you violently shake your head then yeah its gonna cause small concciusions which WILL damage your brain.

niggerz name some shit "wolfs law" and it automatically apparently has credibility, despite there being almost no conclusive evidence that this shit even remotely works. biggest iq test alongside "mewing for jaw development"

Hmm interesting. I've been reading into Neuroplasticity lately tho and that seems to sorta suggest otherwise

running can actually fuck you up if you're doing it wrong, if you're running properly the front of your feet absorb most of the impact.

if you're running with bare feet on your heels (even on shoes it tends to be problematic) it'll actually destroy your body, your head tends to be fine because your spine and joints will take it, they will be damaged in the process though.

your joints aren't absorbing any impact when your head is hit directly besides your neck.

when your running your joints in your legs are the ones absorbing most of shock energy

but running still rattles your brain, and so does things like deadlifting... this isnt about form or anything thats all cope im talking about the actual motion of it

i know but htere is still alot of impact to the head when you land

your spine prevents that from happening.

it can create new connections yeah sure but it doesnt fix old ones.

yeah for smaller things the brain will be able fix itself by rerouting signals to other areas or just creating new connections between the neurons, but its not like thie neurons are coming back so sure its not a big deal at first but the more and more it happens the more culamtive damage, the less working space the brain has to rewire connections.

im not 100% sure about this but IM pretty damn sure that neurons do not regenerate most of the time and your born with basically all of your neurons from birth.

oh so the brain can heal from running but not the smallest taps to the zygos? see how your being biased here? i can promise you there is more of a rattle from your brain from running then there is from bonesmashing both are bad obv but running is more consistend damge then bonesmashing obviously, your right tho the brain cant regenerate sadly,it actually shrinks and is more fraid as we get older too

no not small taps , you need legit hard hits to see results.
see how your being biased here? i can promise you there is more of a rattle from your brain from running4
running when done right causes almost no impact to your body, your bottom area will just abosrob whatever tiny impact their is. Meanwhile with bone smashing you are literally casuing forceful impact for a powerful object to your skull,, your skull can abosrb a good amount of the sure but not all of it, your brain is getting a good amount of it.
then there is from bonesmashing both are bad obv but running is more consistend damge then bonesmashing obviously, your right tho the brain cant regenerate sadly,it actually shrinks and is more fraid as we get older too
yeah thats why most of the time any kind of brain damage = over

true once yoir brain starts to decline or is damaged its worse then any other problem you could ever get

yeah its completely over when your brain starts to go mgtow, cant bring him back from wherever hes going, he is gone.

i read something that ramirez got hit really hard in the head as a child and got a concusion 1-2 times,i wonder if that had anything to do with why he went crazy out of nowhere bc of the damage,it has happen to alot of ppl that brain damage can mess up your thinking even after one big hit to it

as a child its probably most dangerous, because your brain isnt even that protected because your skull is barley devolped so it defnitly did play a impact but i think it was mostly his enviorment
