Your brain is both your greatest tool and your biggest prison. Everything you experience—sights, sounds, emotions—isn’t reality itself; it’s your brain’s version of it, filtered and interpreted. You can never truly step outside of that.
Worse, your thoughts are shaped by things you didn’t choose: your upbringing, biology, and experiences. Even when you think you’re being free, you’re just playing within the limits of the cage your brain built for you.
The irony is that the more you think and know, the more you realize you’re stuck. Your brain keeps you running in circles—trapped in memories, worrying about the future—while calling it freedom. You’re the prisoner, the guard, and the prison itself.

And let’s talk about time. The past and the future exist only in your mind, intangible but inescapable. You’re forever stuck in the present moment, yet your brain constantly drags you into memories you can't change and futures you can't predict. It’s a mental treadmill—running, running, but never arriving.
