Your brain is both your greatest tool and your biggest prison. Everything you experience—sights, sounds, emotions—isn’t reality itself; it’s your brain’s version of it, filtered and interpreted. You can never truly step outside of that.
Worse, your thoughts are shaped by things you didn’t choose: your upbringing, biology, and experiences. Even when you think you’re being free, you’re just playing within the limits of the cage your brain built for you.
