Your deviated septum is caused by the maxilla bone. I also have a deviated septum and i thought it was my nasal bone but it wasn't. I tried sticking force to my nasal for almost a month, seeing no changes. I figured out it wasn't my nose; it's because of my tilted maxilla. How to know if you have a tilted maxilla.
1. Go in front of a mirror. Tilt your head back and do a full smile.
2. You will see your upper teeth are tilted to one side and align with your septum's tilted side.
3. If it's not significant. Draw a straight line from your forehead to your chin and you will see your upper teeth are tilted.
