If you didn't form a robust social circle by then, there's no way to change it and your social status will be trash.
Without social status, you'll end up depressed and anxious and unable to focus on school.
Without being able to focus on school, your grades will tank which will make it impossible to get a high cumulative GPA, even if you get high grades later.
Without a high GPA, going to a good university is out of the question since GPA is all that American schools ultimately care about.
Without a prestigious brand-name university on your resume, your job search will be infinitely harder and you'll be unemployed out of school.
Without being able to get a job immediately after graduation, you'll have to settle for a shit job at a shit company that pays low.
Without a good company on your resume, your chances for upward mobility and higher pay at a better company is slim to none.
All of this is set into motion before you can even legally drive.
It's a snowball rolling down a hill, gaining mass and velocity until it eventually hits a tree and explodes, just like your head will when you put a load of 00 buckshot through your maxilla.
