dont use a serum just use minox, i started around June 1st and it's now July 4th my eyelashes have become much longer and people began to notice around the three week mark.

I use topical and personally haven't seen any fat burning in my eye area

How the fuck would it increase hooding if you are using a serum for lashes?

To answer your question, eyelashes become longer and denser but not darker. I used Elizabeth arden serum. Then I dyed my lashes black with eyelash dye it last very long. Sometimes I use a bit of mascara to enhance the effect.

I also use minox nowadays because cheaper.
