And I have the worst bone genetic like zero bone mass, it's all about bodyfat

I've heard it can be related to buccinator muscle atrophy too, if it's too hypertrophied you won't have hollow cheeks

he is the same height for 58 kg but not 10/100 bf i don't understand how it works tbh.

makes sense but still chewing has benefit so we should do it moderately.

If his palate is wide it can also be a factor, teeth are pushing cheeks outward idk

TBH i would've rathered have a wide palate no hollow cheeks than what I have now, normies think hollow cheeks is unhealthy.

Couldn't find any other reasonsn, maybe only fat repartition

how do you counter that buccinator hypertrophy? Is there a botox for that?
