Glutes are important to the female gaze no matter how you put it. A moderate amount of glute training through compounds like squats and deadlifts will definitely develop it to a fair extent. Do you need to do specific glute training? No. But having a good pair of thick, Gorilla Glutes WILL be appreciated by women, especially when she sees you naked.

The Glutes are the biggest or second biggest muscle in the body. They are very important for walking, running, and power generation via the hips. As such, strong glutes are a great indicator of health and fitness and are therefore are good to have.

glutes and calves matter, quads don't matter nearly as much as leg day enthusiasts think they do and putting any focus on them just causes mobility issues and chafing.

tbh calves are the most important lower body muscle if you have good calves you can have small everything else and no one will think you have small legs

yes glutes mattrer but not just aesthetically. unfortunately if your glutes are not well-developed you will have unstable dysfunctional legs. if you have unstable legs and a lopsided gait you will easily injure yourself. you may even sprain your ankle. you may then resprain your ankle 2 weeks later behind a closed restaurant with a HTB trying to get into the dorm next door, nervously looking over her shoulder at the small peanut skulled indian that seemed to have tracked her a couple blocks when really he just needed water and you both were heading in the same general direction. you may cut across in an arc around the back of the restaurant and therefore her ass and immediately sit down on the stoop around the corner to assess your ability to walk back to your car before campus police shows up and arrests you for r@p3 because if you are curry and set your eyes on any other type of female than punjab pajeeta incel you are automatically convicted felon for life. but you assess that you cannot walk, so you do not move off of the stoop. the HTB cannot enter the door, you sense, she is waiting. the tension is palpable. she paces, gathering the courage. she speedwalks through the alley not even glancing at you like a nigga escaping a black bear in a forest by pretending it doesnt exist or some shit.

I have big prominent glutes but I'm so embarrassed I hide them with slightly baggy sweaters, shirts and jackets.

They're similarly shaped like this but I feel so embarrassed with them sticking out.
