Your jaw always scales relative to your chin. If your chin is somewhat square and has good width+projection, it does not even matter if it is wider than your Zygos since it will halo itself. Zygos are definitely important but nowhere near as much as jaw.

Yup. That's why I plan to get some kind of gonial width addition after my MSE before Bimax. Going all out on lower third and then the rest of the things I am doing are all supplementary and way less down time.

your lower jaw can "never" be too big as long as your upper jaw can "make up for it" or "deal with it". that's how i think it works. if your upper jaw is too small for your lower jaw then you get this type of look:
