Cuz I see most influencers saying that when they were beginners they cared about it, but now studies shows it's not important but they made most gains when they cared about it (I saw some Jeff nippard vid saying he glurps a 50g protein shake right after his training and that anabolic window isn't real, its just to hit his dayli goals)
