On one hand I enjoy watching the videos as they interest me and they’re generally just informative on facial attractiveness but on the other hand, I dislike the channel because it spreads the blackpill to hundreds of thousands, if not millions of new people.

There is, but there’s certainly not multiple people managing the Instagram account, right? The channel isn’t that big.

How would they be completely unaware of forums like looksmax & Lookism? You’re bound to discover them when doing research on facial attractiveness.

I agree for the most part but they're really just making info that would otherwise be readily available to you from any surgeon, etc more accessible so I don't see a problem. Most normies, including those on this site, are not likely to do much with it anyway. With that said, you can also find the majority of what they mention in their videos on here so it's hard to say

My honest opinion as someone who was active in both looksmax and reading literature: I learnt more reading a clinical facial evaluation textbook is than I spend lurking on this forum for 2years. This is purely for facial aesthetics. Obviously, a guide from surgeons which they use to analyse patients is going to be packed with information.

The only thing i found lacking is they say a lot, but also nothing at the same time.

you wouldnt get information like this just browsing the forum, but for the average user it doesnt matter.
There is also a problem with ideal measurements. None of the books give ideal measurements, since its not as simple as that. Also, its not really practical. No one memorizes all these ratios or measurements eitherway.

What would be ideal, is a software for doing this. It can be programmed to detect all these simple measurements, and only if the measurement deviates from the standard it should be reported (otherwise its pointless to count all). Im currently building such a software, and It looks promising. I would create a database for male model faces, using the average as ideal. (composite images are always ranked more attractive than the individuals)

But, this forum is much more than just a book with ratios. It gives u friends, banter, new opinions, and different view points which arent established. No one browses this site with the pure intention of learning as much as possible, because if u really wanted you could learn 90% of it in one day.

also just keep in mind that qoves guy doesnt care about being as accurate and scientific as possible, its more about being appealing to normies (which is why they are doing so well)

Does he pay the professionals? I don’t see how they’d be willing to work for him otherwise but that raises another question, how would a channel with 200K subscribers be able to fund a team full of experts?
