Don't know what to say, quiet, don't say whatevers on your mind, don't speak your opinion, not assertive, dont steer the conversation, speak less. if you want to give users advice on this -

• practice socialmaxxing and being in group conversation. social anxiety is real and you have to overcome this
• be more smooth with your words and make your sentences flow. don't stutter and if you need to say it in your head before you speak, do that
• keep your thoughts flowing, while speaking or not.
• don't be scared to interrupt someone that's talking bs
• ask questions and let that build your conversation. make the other person feel acknowledged and interesting while talking to them
• don't center everything around yourself or your opinions, give input on what other people say orr how they feel

You do know women are the only ones that can be "alphas" without any backlash. Even alpha male chipanzees have a high amount of stress, because other males want that top spot.
