Media has been trying hard to feminize men by showing how amazing high school can be and how life sucks after it, but that can't be further from the truth.

3. Young love does mean everything. Men and women are fertile in their teens which is when they're supposed to mate. Humans are literally wired to be having sex and it's unhealthy for you to not be having sex when your body is telling you that you need it

This. Even though life later can technically be better later, it loses its excitement and partially its enjoyment imo. I'm nowhere near as excited for the future as I was in my teens, like compared to 19 or 20. I think that once that ship of mating early with a ideal mate has sailed, you won't get that again unless you're a delusional idiot. That's possibly why you were excited deep down to begin with.
