You're fucked when you're dependent on others for every shit, such as buying furniture or transporting other bulky things. I hate being dependent on others. I just don't get shit done because of it.
I'm about to get a driver's license soon (not started yet) but I'm still gonna need a car and I don't have the fucking money for a car and the additional regular costs it would entail.

Fuck being ugly AND poor and having to spend a ton of money on surgeries first before even being able to take care of other aspects of life, such as better finances/jobs.

Lol drivers license is dirt cheap in US, or wherever the fuck you're from. I had to pay 2k euros for mine, and cars are expensive as hell due to taxation as well so I have to drive early 2000s toyota.

i've hauled tons of equipment including giant speakers to an event with a fucking uber and it was no big deal. would have been the worst excuse ever to not go because i don't have a car.

Not only that but American streets are wide and planned in squares cause they are a fairly new country and they can literally drive into their home doors while in Europe streets are wavy, tight, packed and it feels like you are in a driving school doing pic related every single day. Also drivers here will rage at every little thing possible so many drive with constant pressure.

Having everything delivered by taxi, uber or forwarding companies is expensive as fuck. I'm not rich, dude. I recently moved into a new apartment and need complete furnishing. Buying everything is expensive enough already.

The driver licence pill is much more than that. It really sounds stupid, specially for normal people, but it goes far beyond any other pill. Driving is basically anything in this life and era. If you cannot drive as a grown up man, it is indeed fucking over and you should actually consider to kill yourself. I am actually afraid of going outside. I am afraid to see females driving around in their car while I cannot even get behind of driving simulation. This is absolutely emasculating. I cannot function because of it and working a job only makes sense if you can actually drive - which means, if you cannot drive, your life is basically over.

That sounds handy. Unfortunately, it is a bit different here in Germany. In fact, you have to pay at least 2000 Euro for your driver licence. And now imagine, you cannot even get behind of driving simulation as a grown up man while some teenage females pass their driving test easily.
