all these years i did everything to raise my T levels
supplements (vit d, magnesium, zink, omega 3)
hit the gym 5x a week with heavy compounds
improve sleep quality and quantity
enough calories, fat and protein
listen to high T music
watch high T movies
cardio / 10-20k steps a day
but nothing helped my libido/eq long term
it finally came back after consuming dopamine heavy stuff
quit porn and tiktoks
regulate sugar, caffeine, fast food to a minimum and only eat or drink it AFTER doing a task
