It's so true. Once you hit mid 20's you realise how precious that time is, and how rapidly it ends. If I could go back to my teen years I would do so much differently.

For those of you posting here sub-20 - make sure you make the most of those years cos there will never be any others in which you are so care-free and without responsibilities.
