Alright on monday (yes i have fucking holidays ) imma go and buy raw butter and raw milk. I already drank the raw milk once, but since im lactose intolerant, i had fucking strong belly pain, how can i drink raw milk without the pain?

The only thing i can think of was my lactase tablets that help me digest it? its just bro i would pay extra money for lactase tablets and yes i got belly pain from like 100ml milk

lactase tablets yeah they’re expensive but they will solve the problem take before drinking so no pain

or start very small like 20–30ml and slowly build up over days/weeks (sometimes tolerance improves a bit)

drink with food so slows digestion so less shock to your gut
