Z osteotomy invented by Dr Bobek (increases Ramus height)

Here is more info I was given:

Bobek showed me before and afters of the the Ls. He claimed he invented the Z and said that Farrell can attest to that. Said that he will still do the Z for anyone that requests it if it's warranted. Farrell didn't get far enough to ask for before and afters. Bobek without custom plates was around $21k for his surgical fees for upper 3 piece, lower bilateral Z, gga (with 5 piece mandiublar widening factored in), then around $8k for the hospital, and around $3k for the anesthesia so that's $32k which is really affordable. If he does custom, they speculated it would add another $20k but I have not gotten an official quote back for the custom so it could end up being a lot higher since we're moving into a new calendar year. Sanovich was $53k for the same with custom (minus mandibular widening with 5 piece; he doesn't do that) and sanvoich was going to do the surgery in his office suite and then put me in an ambulance to the hosptial after ($600 fee plus $800 for each night I stayed in the hospital). So if you don't need the widening, Sanovich could be a decent option. Although it's tough to know if how good he is because he hides all his negative reviews and/or tries to prevent anyone upset with him from going online and blasting negative reviews since he's a lot like alfi and gets most of his business from social media and referrals at this point. Bobek on the other hand just seems to not care and if someone is upset with him I don't think he does much to right the situation so you see all the posts about him when he messes up or somebody is unhappy with their results.
