Do I need to supplement zinc on ghk? I’ve been on it for a month and am realizing I forgot to supplement zinc but it seems fine so far.

Is 50 mg ED good? Doing 2.5 mg ghk upping it soon.

sure yeah just as long as you take a high dose. i think i do 30 mg ED while on
