Yeah legit, one of the onlt supplements/minerals that produces and obvious physical effect. Im not supplementing it, but i eat lots of red meat and fish since 10 days ago for my gym progress and my cum went from watery to extremely white and thick

Yeah legit, one of the onlt supplements/minerals that produces and obvious physical effect. Im not supplementing it, but i eat lots of red meat and fish since 10 days ago for my gym progress and my cum went from watery to extremely white and thick

Zinc also acts as a mild-moderate dht inhibitor on hair follicles so it slows down noorwooding and androgenic acne. Noticed it myself since i started a diet high in zinc and omega 3 my i haven't gotten a single inflammation on my skin

Yes but it makes dht less sensitive to the skin areas of the body, indirectly increases dht because it increases testosterone production

Its not that hard, 200g of beef, 5 eggs and 400g of fish provide me 20mg zinc
i don't calculate it tbh i just eat a lot of eggs, fish, meat, chicken, i think i'm getting at least 30 mg if that's the case

200g of red meat has 12-13mg of zinc, recommended dose for a male is 11-12mg daily, so just from the meat you get the daily requirements. If you don't eat red meat tho then its over cause other food sources are very poor in zinc.

i think eggs are loaded with zinc, if they're quality ones u could be getting 1 mg per egg, and i eat 5 of them:hnghn:

Zinc is super legit, used to take 2 pills a day with magnesium and vit D and used to put 5-6 thick loads in my noodle every day

I used to eat 2 X 10mg pills of zinc chelate, along with all the red meat and seafood I ate.

I could cum and then in 10 mins get hard again, was amazing.

Always used to be able to get hard and fuck again after coming, but zinc made my loads way better

Because zinc works on your skin, it works as a type of antioxidant on your skin, and binds more to hair folicles where dht binds too. So its just the skin

Yes? Because if you ate the natural human diet in fish, red meat and eggs you will always have high levels of zinc. You should supplement it if you don't eat red meat but if you do then you shouldn't supplement cause very high levels of minerals isn't ideal either
