A short thread just to let yall know what of a masterpiece is it.
I gatekeeped it to see if it actually have some benefits and holy fuck, my skin is so much better- less acne, less breakouts, my skin became healthier, less redness, pustules shrank etc etc.

Nobody mentions Zindaclin, but they should.

Basically
It’s a topical clindamycin gel (1%) that quietly obliterates inflammatory acne without wrecking your skin barrier. No hype, no memes, just results (at least in my case)

I used it when tret nuked my skin. Within 2 weeks, redness calmed down, pustules shrank, skin tone normalized. Almost no side effects.

Zindaclin-
It’s good for

Red, swollen acne.
Jawline + cheek clusters.
Sensitive/reactive skin.
Barrier recovery while still treating acne.

Some tips to maximize its effectiveness-

Pair with BPO to prevent resistance.

Layer under moisturizer to reduce dryness.

Once inflammation is controlled, introduce retinoids (Taz) for long-term skin turnover.

Good luck.

the most underrated is clearly accutane since there are still people who cope with this garbage

Most underrated is unironically Dutasteride.

Androgens = up regulation of sebaceous glands = more oil and sebum production = more acne.
Zindaclin is a dogshit compound, like you said just block 5AR.

Add isotretinoin to that and you're set for life.

It's an antibiotic btw.

"the excessive use of clindamycin topicals in treating acne is thought to contribute to the greater incidence of 23S rRNA mutations in C. acnes strains"

Just let your genes mutate theory. You also build resistance to the compound.

Yes, “excessive use” that’s the good part, when in a lot of cases you don’t need to use it excessively, you can use for 3 weeks or even to 12 weeks and in a lot of cases it will help reduce acne in the long term. So well yeah that’s True, Zindaclin is an antibiotic, so resistance is a real concern, especially if used long-term or without something like benzoyl peroxide. That’s why most derms recommend limiting clindamycin monotherapy duration and combining it with BPO to reduce resistance risk.

But it’s still a solid anti-inflammatory option for mild to moderate acne, especially if you want to avoid the dryness and irritation of harsher treatments

dont be acne prone and have no breakouts at 3000ng/dl test theory

Real, possible side effects:

  • Dry skin, lips, eyes – nearly universal.
  • Liver enzyme elevation.
  • Increased triglycerides.
  • Mood changes – rare but documented.
  • Joint pain, fatigue.
  • Photosensitivity.
  • Can affect bone growth if taken at very high doses during puberty, but this is rare and dose-dependent.
  • Teratogenic (extremely dangerous during pregnancy).

Yes your skin is better but at 11 or even at 15 you heath isn’t.
Accutane affects hormones an at a young age you don’t want it to happen (water), liver damage at 11 isn’t fun bro, it effects bone growth aswell and who tf gave you accutane at 15?!?!

For liver damage you can just support it
Bone growth only on high dosages
And accutane in 11-12 is normal because I started puberty at 11
